Please help. I have a sim free Viewty and using it on Orange Pay as you go. My internet settings are fine and it works perfectly. My problem is MMS. Whenever Orange sent me the settings i would try to install but they would just delete telling me to delete all other profiles. I deleted most but some internet settings are locked on a sim free phone. Why i do not understand? Anyway when i tried inserting manually it wont let me input new profile until i deleted all others. Help im really confused and now cant send pics. |

Are you sure you've deleted absolutely everything non essential from ALL types of connections settings, i had this recently and it took me multiple attempts to find all the networks on the sms,mms and internet/email settings. when i finally cleared them it worked |

Yes sure. Thing is for some reason 3UK and O2 contract settings are locked and i cannot delete them. Very strange. I may go into Orange shop. Customer services were very helpful but they could not work out what was going on with my phone.

Update. I got it sorted thanks. I rang customer services again and went slowly through it manually again and it now works. Orange customer services are very helpful.
