my T68 sucks! |

bought jan 27 at The Hub, globe lock ,
after 2wks noticed that it wont FULLY CHARGE,
brought to semicon marcos highway for upgrade n check up, got the celp after 3days but still DOESNT WANT TO FULLY CHARGE
!!!!!! |

well i bought mine in Semicon Southmall.
what do you mean by not fully charging?
takes more than 4 hours of initial charging??
mine was 4 hours initial charging, an then 2 hours na lang after....
then i reach mga 310h standy time and 11h talktime....

it wont stop charging even after long long hours.... after taking off the plug, u will see the battery lacks 1 bar,(not fully charge) |

problem is they dont want to change the unit.... what's the use of buying expensive phone on authorized dealers, when the unit is defective, they will not replace it, they keep on trying to repair it; wasting our manpower and time!!! |

I sympathize with you... escalate your problems to Mr. Rodney Gaviola, Head of Sony Ericsson - Services & Support Group, Philippines. The helpdesk number is 635 1860 / 635 1861. I suggest you file a formal complaint on how you, and your unit has been treated. Here is the complete address.

im wondering, if sony ericsson phil in octagon tower will entertain such complain, repair or replace or they will just redirect me to their service point

SonyEricsson cannot afford to have a bad reputation for just a battery problem. But I think Globe is in this shit as well.

Maybe they don't need to change the unit, but just the battery??? COuldn't you ask them to try that?

my "wont fully charge unit" was not accepted at smartnet, they asked me to experiment n check if it's my unit or batt has prob (we got 2 t68s here, inter-change the batt daw)at home kasi it will take them 1 WEEK! to diagnos coz dami na raw ericsson for repair doon.

i went to smartnet tday to have our t68 updated.
someone i dont know there just had his unservicable R380 replaced (swap!) to brand new T68, he paid additional P4,000+. lucky guy. but i wonder why they didnt give a box and manual n charger... (second hand units?)
manual to follow daw...
btw, his R320 is under warranty

my gray t68 updated at semicon has bahasa indonesion and English
b4 the update i use to have eng, my or thai and viet
our Gold t68 updated at smartnet has english, malaysian or thai and viet
b4 update.... it has eng, my or thai and viet

my suck t68 has been replaced at smartnet courtesy of Mr. Gaviola and Mr. Mariano. with R2B and clear, crisp screen. currently testing it if there's any problem. |
