Hi guys,
Anyone heard of people having problems with the volume up/down and the right convenience key not working? Got my Bold on Saturday and noticed this yesterday. Nothing makes it work.
Any ideas? How does an Orange warranty work when the phone is with a second owner?

if it was bought online/over the phone it's covered for 6 months in terms of a straight swap, would need to be sorted by 1st owner though, failing that just take it to CPW, they will send it off to RIM for you.... you may need a POP though...

Bought it off Scott and only got it Saturday. What's a POP Col please? JUst downgrading the OS to what was on it before just in case. Can always put it back afterwards if it makes no difference.

Of course - not got that. I've PM'd Scott anyway. See what this OS downgrade does, if anything.
