My Bluespoon seems to have given up, i.e., no lights, will not charge, I cannot turn it on, won't reset...seems dead. Any suggestions or do I have a dead unit?

Hmm,..that does sound strange.

Of course units can be faulty, although we test every single one before it leaves.

I suppose You did try the reset-part from the manual, right.
I'm asking because thats basically the main thing, people will do by accident,..and afterwards they think their Bluespoon is "dead".

Get in touch with the place you bought it,..it will of course be replaced if its faulty

You can try an email us,..and speak to one of the tech-guys :
