Is it normal that K850i(R1FA035) sometimes restarts by itself |

Hello!I'm with final software for my K850i(R1FA035),but sometimes the phone has restarter by itself.
Is it normal,if not please share with me some solution for the problem

Have u bought K850 with that firmware on it or did u update it via gprs or update service?
If u have updated it via gprs, this problem is found to happen. I too had the problem. but i got around with it by giving the handset to SE service center. My phone now does not restart in about one month. |

If it starts restarting more often get it flashed from SEUS. It'll wipe the whole phone but it'll fix it for a while. If you leave it as is it will most likely BROD eventually. |

The software has been changed in service center but no licensed center.
Original soft was 037 and it was chinaise.
In service I've got the ADRIATIC version.
If i flash the phone via SEUS,is there would be a problem?
What is BROD?

Yes it's quite normal (for SE at least) that the phone restarts randomly, also happens on the C902 and C905.

There is no solution, even the newest firmare or phones do have random restarts.
BROD can be caused by everything, its random. I had it twice.
1. While charging my phone in the night
2. While disconnecting my phone from the USB mass storage.
It's very random. You won't be able to use your phone, the only way to restore this is by flashing it with SEUS... |

Try update it again via SEUS. or do a Masterrest. It should help.

It is very normal for the phone to re-start itself now and again. Its good to give the phone a restart on a daily basis anyway. It improves the use of the phone  |
