Hi, does anyone know when the release date of the w705 will be, i can upgrade tommorow, but if w705 is coming out soon i would rather get that. I saw sony ericsson shop and that said february but they seem to show phones a month l8r after they have been released. Thanks (need to know asap) |

Thanks  seems a bit long tbh, is the G705 out? If so, does any1 know why its taking so long to release w705, especially as these two phones are the same (more or less). |

W705 would totally kill G705's sales. And it's sadly more like late February as I see it. |

How's that? Aren't the two phones targeted at different segments?
The G705 has a better feature set if I'm not mistaken.

And seeing as more and more buisness men want media features as well the walkman would trample the g705. But sadly late feb? Damn i cant wait that long. |

Tbh i would think it woulb be early Jan coz there hasnt been any new phones released since oct (Dont count G705 as none of networks have heard of it). And the highly anticipated nokia tube will be availble in Jan, sony will need something to take away some (albeit a little) of the lime light. But coz its se i would expect April |

Nope for me its coming out either on friday the 13th or monday the 16th. YES i have waited patiently but hell i get grades on the 20th no way in hell am i going to get a phone. Oh well i still have birthday to look foward too. |
