I mean from the time you open the camera cover or press the camera button. For me, I really looking forward Cybershot phone get a stop on more megapixel but focus into bringing in 1. fast boot up (just like sony DSC) 2. focus/ iso adjustment (it just seem like they keep on avoiding this to keep low end sony DSC alive? ) I am not sure how fast Nokia is...or Samsung or others.
