The R380s had a setting where u could choose to display the preferred phone number for all contacts, e.g. mobile or home. Has anyone found a way to do that on the P800 without editing each contact on its own as the user's manual shows? |

Cantacts>edit>Settings> in the bottom there's a box, just check it..
I'm not sure about the menu names, but i think you can figure it out..

why? it doesn't display the number for home, work, fax etc on one screen like the t68 or what?

No, I mean let's say u r searching for a contact. I prefer to see the mobile number, not the home or work number. The way things are now the number for any particular contact appears the way it was synchronized with Outlook.
i.e. the contacts list will show just one number per person, for all details u have to open the person's contact. I want to see the mobile number for all people in the contacts list. |
