I'm taking from You Tube and pasting there url onto "easy video downloader", then into "my documents" and then onto the phone. There going into the phone on AVi format, and it wont allow me to see them. Can anyone help or know whats wrong, thanks.

Just thought I'd say, because of this I'm thinking of going back to the Nok N95 8GB which was easy (well it was for me) as it uses Realplayer.
