Hi..this is my 1st post on this site..and i hope U guys can help me or hear ur story if it is sme with mine!!
When I connect my phone to my pc to update it via HPM-60 cable the other day, it can't detect my phone and it won't let me update it.An error message states that there was a problem with the device or it has been damaged!!I checked every driver and updated them and tried connecting with another cable from my other SE phone but the error keeps popping up.And then I noticed that the cable plug(gold bars)are damaged. It must have been a result of forcely plugging in headphones.
Luckily I can still connect my headphones and speakers and use them properly on my phone. But the thing is that I want 2 update the firmware my phone and get rid of this gold bar damage..Someone help me or can I repair it?? and please tell me what to do..??My phone is W910i and I bet this is also a problem with other SE phones
