how to forward melody through SMS ? |

I received a ringtone from my friend whose extension was ".pmr" I tried to forward it but failed 
How can i forward a tone via SMS ??
and where can i find such SMS forwardable tones and melodies ?
Can i make them like the picture messages (.wbmp) ??

i know its possible to send through MMS !!
It Cost 3.00 Rupees (Indian Currency) for MMS and 0.01 Rupees for SMS . . .
Its possible to send it through SMS, I just dont know HOW and what's the file type . . .
For a picture with resolution of 72x28 with extension .wbmp its FORWARDABLE through SMS 
Like-wise I want to know the Properties for a melody or tone file !!
its a MONOTONE, not Polyphonic

That won't be possible IMO. WBMP is described in black & white bits (like 1s and 0s), so sending them via SMS is quite possible. However, ringtones have multiple notes.
Why mess around with old fashioned WBMPs and SMS when you can e-mail it to him?

Well . . . . I live in a place where internet is rarely used. Very few people can have access to the internet. And GPRS is also not used around here. Its costly to use GPRS . Even if i use the GPRS the reciever doesn't have it. So i need a way to send tone through sms. I want to send a birthday melody. Well its difficult to communicate here in INDIA.

Ha Ha Ha . . . Now thats very funny . . . As I mentioned earlier. . . GPRS and Internet are not avilable .. . So it makes NO sense in uploading. . . well Thank you all for the interest to help . . .

sorry didnt notice the message you postd b4 mine. there is a site where u can upload something and the link will go the number u want as a sms. but that wont help u

Actually I do have GPRS and access to internet, But the reciever doesn't have either . . .
