Ok all,

I’m making this topic because I’m totally pissed of with this politically correct society we live in, hell bent in destroying our way of life and rights to freedom of speech. I get really hot on these sort of topics, so I'm going to try my best to keep my language friendly for all ears.

I am so sorry, but if you are offended by Christmas (yes CHRISTMAS) and other cultural identities which makes our country along with the west so great, then you can quite frankly catch the next flight out of here.

Christmas is being downgraded by stealth. This is no conspiracy, some of you will think I’m a moron, but it is. Cruising down the street, in my non-hybrid car (yes you guys, I was f'in up the environment for pleasure and I really don’t give two shits, oh and also, I hate busses, because they stink of piss and full of loud smelly yobs so stuff that) I noticed out side, some stores were promoting "festive lights." Not just that a couple of weeks ago, I was going up to Tottenham, and a billboard on the side of the road said some thing like "Holiday Trees sold here." Others include cards, where Christmas is removed and they say stuff like "Happy Holidays" , "Seasons Greetings."

I’m sorry, but this is just more proof to multiculturalism being the biggest lie after global warming this century. Now, many of you are going to stop reading here, and call me a racist bigot. I am far from a racist. I am so proud to be British, when you can go down a street in Central London, and you see Oriental ethnicities, Jews, Muslims, Indians, Blacks, Mediterranean people, the list goes on. I my self am not English. Why is multiculturalism a lie? It is promoted so much, it causes racism. We know we live in a multi-cultural society, we don’t need to bend backwards for minorities. That is what is happening with Christmas. By downgrading it, we are:

1. Killing our western identity.

2. Bending backwards for ethnic minorities and every thing that "offends them"

3. Further insult to what was once "freedom of speech"

Why is the multiculturalism phenomena a lie?

1. Promotes racism, therefore we end up bending backwards for minorities, and scared to criticise in fear of offence.

2. Completely hypocritical. Why? Lets give an example. I have probably offended a few of you by now, if your still reading grab a tissue. Every single faith school in this country should be shut down, no questions asked. We promote multiculturalism, and how we should all live which each other and respect one another, well faith schools go against that. It isolates children from other backgrounds and indefinitely cause them to turn into racist bigots. We are isolating children from different backgrounds, how can we teach children to respect one another’s backgrounds, if they are isolated from one another? Sheer hypocrisy, and if I had the power, I would shut every faith school down and use them as Brownfield sites.

Back to Christmas.

Holiday trees? WTF is holiday trees? Eid is coming up soon, that’s a Muslim holiday. Does that mean I will buy a Muslim friend of mine a holiday tree, so he can celebrate Eid? No. Its completely ridiculous and disgusting how politically correct we are. Is Christmas a dirty word? If it isn’t, why is the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree (the huge CHRISTMAS tree in New York) now called the "Tree at Rockefeller Center" and why is Christmas not ONCE mentioned on the official site? This political correctness hysteria has gone on for WAY to long and its about time it was eradicated.

You don’t have to be Christian to celebrate Christmas. Its more than that. Its an annual cultural event, where we are gathered together as a race, to form a yearly identity which has been enjoyed and loved for more than a millennia. Please make your voices heard. We are spoiling such an event for future generations and flushing our country and culture down the damn drain, to support this f'd up lie called "multiculturalism." Its not just Christmas, its all of it being watered down, including the culture. Children are no longer performing Christmas plays, or singing carols in primary schools, in case of offence, yet it is known to have assemblies, talking about other religious festivals such as Hanukkah, Eid and Diwali.

Im probably going to be the most hated person on these forums, but I honestly don’t care. To be perfectly honest I would obviously love to hear your support, but I would love it just as much if you are offended by my post, as you would know that freedom of speech still exists on the internet (wonders for how long). So all in all, if your offended by CHRISTMAS, well Christmas off! Seeing that is obviously a dirty world and a serious insult.

Stuff Happy Holidays. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

CHRISTMAS, CHRISTMAS, CHRISTMAS, CHRISTMAS, CHRISTMAS, CHRISTMAS

(the row of Christmas' was purposely done to offend, if one was offended by my views )

Our council has eradictaed the word Christmas. The turning on of the lights in the town centre is called The Festival Of Light, as you say its all seasons greetings etc but at Eid above the door of the town hall , all lit up, you get the message "Happy Eid"

Hypocrisy?

Thank God over here they don't have such ideas. They better don't get them, either.

Though I must say it's more typical to see "Merry Christmas" or "X-Mas" or whatever here than the German equivalent "Frohe Weihnachten".

Full ack with MWEB on that matter. Live and let live.

Your clearly not a fan of the politicaly correct brigade, cant say I am either or the health and safety mad brigade, sadly these people end up doing more harm than good .

Hopefully most half inteligent people realise that the dumbing down of British culture has absolutely nothing to do with people being offended.

I'm sure if I was from a different culture and was living in the UK that I'd be pretty naffed off at some faceless do gooders constantly spouting on my behalf.

If I got the right end of the stick here. . . .

We live in a Christian state, therefore Christian holidays are public holidays, to my knowledge, the same thing will happen in Pakistan for Islam.

Correct me if i'm wrong.

The council i work for banned us from putting decorations and tree's up in our sports centre as it may offend people. We told our manager where to go and put everything up. That was over a week ago and they're still up. Personally I've come to think of Christmas has lost its true meaning and has turned into nothing more than a media money making scheme. We're tought to respect other culture's belief's so why shouldn't christmas be included.

Takes the piss, we have to acknowledge and name their festivals, but we can't celebrate our own.

Then again, there's two girls I work with, both British-Asian Muslims, and they want Boxing Day off, making the rest of us who have families to visit for Christmas to work in their place, and they don't even celebrate it! I took stand and refused to work Boxing Day anyway, I always visit my family on that day anyway.

Sorry if I come across as "offensive" but I speak my mind on these PC-bollocks issues, and I've had enough.
My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for.

If I were to make a nasty comment about your skin colour, I could be arrested so where is your freedom of speech? Its an illusion, freedom of speech is the freedom to insult if you ask me. Don't get me started on that topic...........

As for Christmas, everyone likes Christmas because we all get time off (except Doctors who deal with the drunks) and people are happy whether its from a religious point of view or not i.e. Christmas sales.

Instead of blaming multiculturism, look at society. Family Guy, Monty Python etc. takes the complete piss out of Jesus and God but nobody cares but now you take notice if Christmas is not being hyped up? You need to look at what the Bible teaches, what did Jesus preach as well. A thousand years on, his teachings are relevent but its being ignored.

A perfect example is having female or homosexual priests. The Bible and church are against it; Jesus would be too so why are there female and homosexual priests? People talk about getting with the times and how society has changed; if people feel that religion needs updating then that illustrates that they do not fully believe in their religion.

What I am getting at is that times have changed more towards people celebrating Christmas for the wrong reasons i.e. drinking and stuff. Times are changing and its not because of the minorities, the spirit of Christmas has been lost. How many Christian houses do you see all lit up down your road?

Eid is tomorrow and all Muslim men have to go to the mosque in the morning and you will see thousands doing this. I admit you will get you retards causing mischief but for a Muslim, Eid is a big deal.

The best thing that you could do is celebrate Christmas as Jesus would have done and think about his life and what he gave to humanity. If he were here in 2008, he would not be worried about whether Merry Christmas is plastered all over the place or not. He would ask KingBooker why he needs to be angry for this reason.
