If i re-flash my phone to a 3 branded firmware, will my phone then be unlocked to 3 or not?

If you had patch unlocked your phone earlier, then flashing it now is going to lock your phone.
If it was was unlocked permanently, then the phone will remain unlocked even after flashing.

Yes I know, I now have K810i R8BA024 Generic, but what I am asking is does the branded firmware (3), carry the simlock, therefore my phone will be unlocked to 3 if i have 3 firmware ???

SIM lock is not in the Firmware

SIM Lock is in the phone's GDFS (can be removed by patching MAIN firmware if phone is CID52). Flashing it with branded firmware will only add brand stuff to your phone, networks and other locks will remain untouched. So if you have the needed firmware files and you are sure you want to rebrand the phone, you can flash it...

Writing a GDFS from any other phone IS NOT ADVISABLE!!! |

Oh i didn't mean that, what i meant was, the GDFS i already have is the GDFS I got with the phone when it was on 3, so that will be unlocked to 3 anyway, right?
