I received a email from fonefunshop, and they can unlock the bold. But i have to wait nearly 3 weeks for a code.
I have to withdraw my offer unless i find someone who can unlock it sooner

You can unlock the storm and it will work on o2 no problem including BIS. If you are in london depending which area you in it costs £15 and takes about 15 mins.
