i have noticed the when you put your finger on the light sensor it dims the screen, i thought it would make it brighter if the room was darker, looks nifty when you do it.

i couldnt find the orginal thread about the light sensor

Think of it this way: when it's dark around you, you will need less light to see the screen, and also a stronger backlight will tend to blind you. In daylight, the screen has to be stronger lit to be visible.

i have noticed its nice on ur eyes when u look at ur phone at night, my g900 i used to almost go blind i just keep making the screen change now. do u know where the light sensor in the back of the phone is for the camera?
