Im getting these random errors that the m2 flash card is gone. It really isnt at all.

Just a simple RMA procedure? Or other tricks up yer sleeves?

And btw, is it possible to transfer files faster in any way? The USB way within MyPhoneExplorer is very slow! Get about 160-180kbits per second. O.o

And is it possible to lock the forward, backward pause start buttons at the side of the mobile?

Seems like it's a bad connection between the M2 card and the phone. Where and why I don't know. Guess ill RMA it.

No one else experienced this problem?

Might be a silly question but are you sliding the metal M2 cover closed securely until it clicks? Might also be worth formatting the card just in case it's being caused by filesystem errors. I've not experienced this problem with mine.

Re. locking the Walkman keys - I don't think you can do this. You have tobe careful not to catch the stop or skip keys when putting it in a pocket/bag.

The quickest way to transfer files between phone and PC is to use the included CCR-70 USB M2 adapter.
