Is anyone else having probs texting italy?Have been doing it for years but last thursday they just stopped going through.Its only from O2 though.They dont want to help!!!!!

this might not be useful but i've found if u send messages as a picture message from an o2 number abroad to back in the UK its free  if u have free allowance |

Be warned, it uses up 4 of your free texts per one you send from abroad.

I thought it was 3 but its a cost of a standard picture message using free allowance  texts used money though |

If you're on contract, it will use up 4 of your free texts per 1 text you send from abroad back to the UK, and while in the UK it will use up 4 of your free texts per MMS you send.
I have no idea how it works on pay as you go, noones ever mentioned it before so I have no idea.

my experience is with pay and go. i wasnt too sure with contract. only just got my contract but i will make sure i phone them on the free customer service number number before i go away again.
but i think its the same as each other |
