W850i needs flashing with firmware |

Hello everyone 
I have a Sony Ericsson W850i and when I try to enable the bluetooth it just switches on and straight back off again. I have posted in another forum about this problem and the only response I got was to try flashing the firmware on the phone.
I have looked into doing this and downloaded the automatic update from Sony Ericsson's site but all it did was say that my firmware was up to date.
Is there any software and firmware download sites so I can flash the phone myself, I have the USB lead to do this.

you can download FW from any of these 2 sites, and use XS to flash your phone, use search and you'll find XS and guide.
