BBC iPlayer Streamed on the X1 |

I have found a way to get the streamed N96 BBC iPlayer videos to run on the X1. It's a small Opera tweek which makes the BBC think you have a Samsung I900.

bbc iplayer mobile now works on the x1 without any kind of mods! only 3gps files tho, and i've only tested with wifi.
edit: it doesn't work without wifi enabled - they must be covering their backs - or done a deal with the networks...
souldn't take xda mods long to work round that? hopefully.

what program are u using IE or Opera???
plus is there any way of watchin ie fox.com such ep's like family guy or do u have 2 use xternal programs such as ninjaweb??? if so how u do it???? |

It only works in Opera, IE is not compatible.

iPlayer is now refusing to run in Opera browser on my X1. I am now getting the error message 'unsupported device'.
