K800i or W850i |

I've earmarked an amount of money which can fetch me either a K800 or W850, but am kind of confused on which phone to grab now cos am a BIG time mobile game freak ( I can die for gameloft) and i also dont joke with my music player. As a matter of fact, i believe that the primary purpose of owning a phone is to play mobile games and listen to mp3 songs on ur phone simultaneously then making calls or sending text comes next. Truth is my heart is drawing nearer to the w850 but i fear that i may experience keypad problems (except if gameloft bans me from playing games) shortly after purchasing the phone, since its a slide phone with a soft keypad. The K800 is a good phone for mobile games only that by my own view, the media player is of average quality. So i want to know if the W850 is very suitable for mobile games and if its not, i guess i'll snap up a K800.

Both phones have a small-ish 2" screen which is unsuitable for long periods of gaming. The joystick on the K800 sucks while the W850 looks too childish. Have you taken a look at new/used W910s? It isn't that expensive IMO.

I think the iPhone would be best for you because it has the iPod which is probably the best music player around to date and it has awesome gaming. You can download games off the AppStore and games by Gameloft too!

I think the K800 is better for gaming... It has better keypad and the gaming buttons are great too (the ones that are placed areound the videocall camera) . I have used the K800 and I can say that it gave me excellent gaming experience in games support and performance aswell... Maybe you will not be that much satisfied with the music player, but you can install Kd Player at anytime so you get much better player than the default one.

I didn't know that you could get an iPhone for the same amount of money as a K800/W850.

The W850i is indeed a more than decent gaming device.
Some games (including two of those that come with the phone) make use of the photo keys (on the left- and right-hand side of the video call camera) for gaming.
Not being a fan of joysticks, I've never tried the K800i.
Cheers!

Oops, my bad.
What I hate about the W850i is, the gaming button near the video call camera are not like the K800i, single buttons. Compare it to each other and you will get what I mean.
