[Question] To all owners of the P800...! |

Hello guys, congratulations with ur phone...
I have a question for the official owners of the P800.
The P800 wil be released in feb. and the mobile shop where i am gonna buy it is not so trustful, not that i dont trust them, but the guy opens the boxes of new phones and looks at them, plays with them and after that he sells it...
IT IS F*CKING ANNOYING, if he will do the same with my P800...!!!
SO my question is, does the box of SE P800 have a "guarantee/warranty seal" (garantie zegel) ?! So u can see if it is opened before... Many products have it, and many mobile phones, so i hope there is one on the P800 itself or on the box of the P800...!
The reason why i am asking is, if he breaks the seal and i am buying the P800 and i see there is no "guarantee/warranty seal" i can refuse the phone, and demand from him to order a new one...!
I've mailed SE Netherlands with this problem but they did not come with an answer yet...
Thank u guys for any answer or tips...

The little plastic bag in which the unit comes is sealed with a SE sticker.
The sync-cradle is in a heat-sealed plastic bag, the memstick-duo is in a sealed plastic bag, and the battery likewise.
Hope this helps. |

No no, i wont throw it away, the first thing i am gonna do is to look if there is a quarantee/warranty sealing, will look of it has been broken... and then i'll count everything that has to be in the box, after that i will make a picture of that, and then i will play with it for a day, and test some things out... we are developing now some software for FREE... check our site http://www.P800.info.se !
and then i'll be uploading pictures, ringtones and movies to the phone... want to see what it can do... and after that i'll take some pictures of my mom... ... |o| |

Yes, I had a nasty experience when I was about to buy my P800. I got the opened one. They had played with it and the screen was all dirty. I said I wanted a new one and the clerk walked out refusingly into another room and got another one.
I surprises me that he had the nerve to give me the one that had been open because I was the one that preordered mine first of all at that vODAFONE store..... |

Mine had not been opened, but the screen was full of fingerprints nonetheless...
And I AM sure that the seal was not broken (I tried it veeeeery carefully to open without breaking it, but I didn't manage to).
So maybe the guys who assembled it in China had dirty fingers? |

Yes i can understand u... And that is what i want to avoid...! It has happened before with my T68i, the guy was playing and came out and showed me the phone, i was in love with my phone so i did not realise he had been playing WITH MY PHONE. I PAID €540.- FOR MY T68i AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO OPEN IT AND PLAY WITH.
If he does the same thing with my SE P800 i'll for sure refuse it and ask a new one, and i'll make a complain at the customer service bond...!

Welke winkel heb je het over en hoe weet je dat deze dan daar verkocht wordt? ik las trouwens op de Tweakers.net pricewatch dat er al 3 winkels zijn die de p800 verkopen in nederland
