Hi Guys!

My K800i phone came with R8BF003 CID53 out from the box. I don't like R8BF003 CID53 play 176x144 videos coz its very pixelated. I want to downgrade it to R1KG001 CID53. Is it possible?

Thanks!

I can't see any problem in doing that.... (but then I'm no expert)

AFAIK you can not do it with SEUS. You can do it yourself with some software (DaVinci, I think its called) but its very risky. Im sure sooner or later someone with more knowledge will let you know.

I assume it would be possible since the firmware have the same CID, that's CID53. But I'm not risking it right now. I need more opinions from you guys.

Use FAR + JDflasher to flash. IMO flashing outdated firmware is a bit pointless to me just because u think the video record is better. Having used both firmware versions, i cant see any difference in the pixelation.

I just tried flashing my phone with R1KG001 RED53 (using FAR+JD Flasher) and all I got is a flashing white screen upon start up. I restored my phone using SEUS.

R8BF003 CID53 out of the box: can't be flashed with older firmware.
