I could've sworn I saw some kind of "pass through" charger in some old SE phone review recently.

It allowed you to charge the phone and connect a fastport handsfree set as well.

Does anyone know what this is called? If there are any other pass through connectors? I wanna listen to the radio/mp3s while my phone charges.

Slightly off topic, but does anyone sell some kind of mini USB to fastport adapter? Not a cable, just something really tiny that'll clip onto the fastport connector allowing a mini usb cable to connect. Similar to the FM transmitter on ebay (only allow data to pass through, not just charging), and similar to the headphone jack attachment also sold on ebay (no cable, just a 3.5mm jack on a fastport connector)

masseur: Thanks!

glorfingal: Holy jeebus! I was actually looking for a fastport version of those! I saw similar versions of that listed at brando.com.hk, but I couldn't find one there!

Also, the brando ones have microSD reader capability. Do you think that the mobilefun one might have the same capability? I run a 4gb microsd in my w810i through a microsd -> MSProDuo adapter, and something like that cable with microsd reading capability would be great!

edit: Ack! I just realized that the USB thing on mobilefun doesn't support data from the phone. Oh well, it still looks cool, I'll check ebay.

nnr3: haha, that's probably the reviewed phone I saw the charger in then.

As masseur has said. The mains charger is called CST-75 and a 2 pin model is available (i just sold my last 2). There is also a car charger with the dual fastport called a CLA-60.

Also forgot to mention that the Sony Ericsson CDS-60/65 will charge your phone, connect to your computer and you can plug a headset into it to listen to music at the same time.If your phone has a side fastport then have a look at the Sony Ericsson CDS-75 desk stand.
