How to open up these links? |

Hi guys,
my computer has a really irritating setting on. I have now idea what it is, or how to properly explain it, so I uploaded a pic as an example.
Basicaly certain links, similar to this one wont work. When I click on upgrade now, nothing comes up. When I open up another programe containing an internet link, it will also come up with nothing.
Also with this image..
Not tope right were it says turbo takedown (in blue). When I click that link, nothing comes up, yet when I use other computers, internet explorer opens and I can view the page.

I'm guessing you have a link/pop-up blocker of some kind installed on your PC?
