Hey Guyz...sunday i just bought my dream phone--Sony k850...but now some problem comes out...the TrackID ....i tested with old song,new song,all song,the results i got was---"Bookmarked results are currently not supported in TrackID" what the XXXX of this....can anyone help please?

After that, a menu should show, select service info, and then select software info, post the first few lines....

erm...yup...my network very strong....now still wont work arhT_T also the same---"bookmarked balh blah blah blah" haiz....someone help please...i already send an email to complain to the sony company...but still haven't reply me yet.....haiz.....someone help help please? thanks...thanks a lots |

Also, try to browse the internet via the web browser included in the phone, if you cannot navigate, then your problem might be your internet configuration.
Please let us know how it went...

erm...what to do now? my networking all work nice...just the track id always show the words"bookmarked blah blah blah" what's wrong huh? i got what problem now? my firmware got problem? my track id software got problem?........

i think is about the location problem....cause just now i go trip at other state..i tried..all song ...old song new song also can Tracked....but when i come back my home.....it's again== all song it's also write"Bookmarked results are currently not supported in TrackID" == if like that then the TrackId function is quite useless ......but there is a abit weird,i use my mom's phone(w580) tried track some song...all also can been tracked(i mean anyway also can).....just my k850 cannot oni== or maybe is about the network problem? cause i at the state i travel there have 3.5G,my home just have 3G..... |

ok finally they(SonyEricssonCompany) was reply my letter just now....they said they sure my phone software(firmware)got problem...they told me need to download the software(UpdateService) from SonyEricsson homepage....ok i followed the step...and flash the phone....but results is my phone software(firmware) are nothing happen all right,and up-to-date.....lol.....my track id problem still haven't fixed yetT_T |

I have a different problem, trackid asks for a username and password. Updating the phone hasn't helped. It used to work but not anymore
