Hi guys i've just noticed something on my phone. When using gps for more than about 10 mins, the bit of metal that pokes out the back of the phone (directly behind the earpiece) gets worryingly hot! Is this just a problem with my C905? Try it now, go to Location Services, then Status Info. Leave it for 10 mins and it gets rather hot! X

Don't worry, it wont get that hot, most electronic equipment cannot survive 60 degrees c so they shut off at 50 degrees c. I think that heat may be caused by the gps chip, so it shouldn't get any hotter.

Yes that's the actual GPS reciever at the back. It's bound to heat up to some degree during use.

So no one's experiencing anymore problems with the GPS now?
