Those two would be okay in that phone just not the X2's!
This is kinda scary, I mean it reminds me of the Nexperia chipset used in the P series, M and W960i. At that time SE had surplus of those. Could they have the same situation with Qualcom's MSA 720 processors.

is android cheaper to put in a phone vs. the windows mobile in the x2? I would hope the x3 would be quite a bit cheaper than the x2 because of fewer parts. |

AFAIK, Android is free. I think WM is $10/phone.
The X3 has a snapdragon processor. I bet its as expensive as the X2. |

Somehow I don't think we will be waiting months and months between announcement and shipping date. Announced in November and available for MWC in Feb would be OK I guess.
According to a certain someone  there will be other stuff SE will be showing off at MWC.
