Something tells me it's a Apple photoshop and not a Nokia one.
Few things, 1 it says "calling Mac" on the front, sounds stupid I know but only Apple could get away with that 
2, it has an Apple key on the qwerty keyboard (umm, duh!)
3, they're all white and have the ipod battery logo in the corner.
Prolly someones ramblings about what they want the next iPhone to be.

Nokia is working with some strange but very appealing designs. Even if very few of them are realized in the next 5 years or so, it would still make a big difference in the perception of mobile devices.
Here is another one, probably just a little more than a concept but one that I am looking forward to:
