Unfortunately, I cannot read Russian.
You can also download the latest version 0.37 from a URL in Post#01 of the thread. Fortunately, the Smart Backlight program is in English.

In Post#23 of this thread, the author of the program answered a user about usage of the program.
Please help to give me some clues to use the program, in English, please! 
I trid Babblefish to translate some messages from the thread. But the outcomes were broken translations and I could not make any sense out of them.
