Just watched this movie. Pretty cool, great action. You've got to love the product placement!
Bond used the C902 as we know, but running such a high powered OS I had to wonder what was in it! Even a supercomputer would struggle with it's GPS alone!
The special effects guys has a field day with that one....but you just know someone would buy the phone based on seeing that, and then get upset when the best they can get out of it is Track ID
Also spotted the character of Mathis using a Z555i, and, better than that, the CIA were using a W707 (Alicia) of all phones! Fancy that....
Maybe it was scrapped because it was so great, the secret service just had to have it exclusively!

Cool, I'm planning on going to watch it sometime in the week. I always love how 'subtle' the product placement is in all the 007 films, i remember casino royale, and how the club used blu-ray discs to archive all their camera footage, all sony of course.
'SONY, the terrorists choice!'

"Subtle" indeed sandy4464! They really are pushing their products through the 007 franchise.
But, their other competitor is doing the same. I mean, Tom Cruise in all his movies always uses their phones.

Just got wind that the Bond C902 sells for exactly US$342 SIM-free in Indonesia. Pretty neat |
