I know it can't be the phone as my K850 did exactly the same thing. Sometime after disconnecting from the Bluetooth in my car and I come to make / receive a call, the normal speaker within the phone doesn't work and the other caller can not hear me either.

Powering the phone down and restarting solves the problem, but why does it do it and can it be stopped?

Anyone else encountered this fault?

Just to update......

Had it happen again last night on my replacement handset so it is certainly a Software issue somewhere.
