Well as the title says, that often online thing that masseur/laffen has annoys me because I cannot tell when they are online or not. Does it annoy anyone else or is it just me?

Nope, if your very observant my friend, you can suss out a moderators daily routine by seeing just how fast the spam disappears 
He is always online using one device or another, but i reckon i can tell when he's in the car these days

lol but the point of the online tag is to provide a convenient way of seeing if the person will be able to respond to pm's etc.

I think PM,s for most people get bumped to personal Email almost immediately, on our site, i can see who's online, even those who elect not to be seen .

And I for myself do not pay attention to the online flag. I never saw that perpetually thing until I read this thread. |

Masseur replies faster to pm's than most users here, you'd keep a few things in mind though :
*he gets more pm's than any of us,
*he has a job and a life,
*he needs to sleep sometimes

he usually jumps on in the mornings at about 7am i think..... then he is around most of the day.
sometimes, rarely, he will be offline for a day.
