Any more entries before voting starts? there are plenty of worthy shots out there in the phone pics section that haven't made it into the competition yet...

Played around with the contrast and colour a bit, then I cropped it...

This is tough!

I'm going to go with Mohammed-Oli in this instance because admittledly it is a real departure as far as Architecture goes in CHCH, and I particularly like the chosen angle.

I really like Number1's picture too!

Oli's photograph looks great and frank's snap has an imposing sense to it, but I'll vote for number1's picture. Its beauty lies in its simplicity. The rustic colors give it an artistic feel.

I've visited the place in Kik's photograph and would have undoubtedly voted for that. Alas, his image was shot from the wrong angle IMO and cropping at the top is a major downer.

It'll probably be the winner of the month's comp, (as has been the modus operandi for the past 2 months or so) which at this stage is looking pretty obvious. .

I'll give it a few more hours to give any others a last chance to either vote or upload or both, and to see if Don perhaps appears, then take it from there.

And so it came to pass that, some hours after allowing provision for any last-minute-dot-coms in here, Da Wanqsta hereby declares Muhammad-Oli as the winner of the November photo comp!

Well done, M-O!
Quite a successful year that you're having on esato, mate!

As this month's winner, and with Don away for an unknown length of time, I now hand over the reins to you as regards running December's competition.

All the best; we look forward to seeing what December's theme is going to be...

Lastly, a big thanks to EVERYONE who contributed to this month's competition.
