While the old lady was tidying up she removed item H from above the DVD recorder. Permanently. Upon questioning she denied all knowledge. Upon further questioning I elicited the following response: "Oh, that little piece of blue plastic? How should I have known it was something for something." Any ideas on whether I can ever buy a replacement? Ever?
