Recently I started applying patches to my K810 and after a while I got some things going.
I do not if it is related to the patches but battery life seems to be shorter.
Then I saw that there are new(er) firmwares available.
Currently I'm on R8A024 but there seems to be a R8BF003, it is told that this consumes less of the battery and is faster in operation than the R8A024.
But since my mothertongue is Dutch I'm using the EUROPE_3 FS and this is not available for R8BF003 - my source for firmwares is se-nse and topsony.
Even more, somebody told me that this firmware is operator specific and that there is only one FS available - K810_R8BF003_FS_TELEF_GEN_RED53 .
But I have seen that there is also a R8BF003 formware for the K800 and for the K800 all the FS are available.
I've also noticed on www.se-nse.com that patches exist for the R8BF003 and there seems to be lots of people using this FW.
So I still wonder if other FS are available or if it can be used in other countries and if languages can be added to the FS.
I've been asking questions on the www.se-nse.com forum and at lasyk's site but so far I havent got the answer to my questions.
So is there anybody on this forum who uses this FW and an help me out .
I could consider going to this firmware since it can be patched nowadays and that's still something I'd like. |
