hey everyone! ok I don't know alot about phone memory(not like my memory card but like RAM would be to a pc) but I have come to a conclusion, and believe my phone memory is used up.

I was playing orcs and elves 2 (java) and all of a sudden the game got very slow and I remembered that in the cheat menu you can look at your memory status. It said I have 1024 and 900 is used.

How can I clear my memory, and what wil doing that do to my phone?

SE phones ram memory is dynamic i.e it increases the capacity upon amount of memory required. If the game would use more memory let's say 1100kb, then the memory would be increased to about 1500kb. So no matter how much memory the applic requires, memory will increase.

I'm not sure if there are memory management java-applic. AFAIK the web-browser UCWEB can do something like it.

@steven c

O ok I understand, thanx for your help. I'll go check out that browser sometime.

I still have a problem though, if it isn't memory that's the problem, why does the game get so slow?
Sometimes it doesn't even start up.

Do you have enough free phone memory space? I am using a W910 with 28 Mb phone memory, all games I tried ran smoothly even with media player in background.
