I need help - W580i Problem |

I really need somebody's help. I've had my Sony W580i since September last year and it worked fine until now.
Whenever somebody rings and I answer the phone I can hear what they are saying but they can't hear anything that I say. As you can probably guess its pretty annoying and takes away the point of having the phone.
I was going to go buy a new one today as I can't figure it out by myself but decided to ask online first just incase there is a simple solution.
If it helps the problem started just after I put lots of music files onto it so i'm not sure if I did anything to my phone while doing this?
I would greatly appreciate it if somebody can help me fix my phone.
Cheers. |

check it with your local service center.if its hopefully not a HW issue then you don't have to get a new phone.
