Help with "insert sim" on w890 |

I have a se w890i and one day it came up with the error message ' insert sim ' this confused me because my sim was already in the phone !
i havent dropped the phone or anything so i dnt know what this could be
could anyone help ?

Now im having another problem haha
ive now sent my fone in for repair to the vodafone shop
and has been 3 weeks
seeing as the estimated collection date was on the 4th november im gettin a bit annoyed as to where it is
ive contacted the shop and they said they cannot contact the repair centre
which leaves me stuck
as i have no phone
and dont have a clue when it wil come back
