I keep on getting this bloody message every single time I try to open a web page!
The phone finds wireless networks fine, but when I start browsing and try to open a web page:

Web
No Gateway Reply

That's the message I get. I've tried auto settings, I've tried manual - the same thing over and over again! It works fine when I access through 3G, but not WLAN.

I know Burgaz just bought one of these - you getting the same problem?

Anyone able to shed any light? Pleeeease? This is my first Nokia in YEARS - it's not going well, and I've only had the thing since this morning!

Thanks,
Arien.

hiya matey!

I had that problem when I first tried using my n78 with my wifi router. But then after looking into it I discovered that I had to pair with my router first. My router has a button that you have to press to switch on pairing mode before it will let any wifi device connect to it for the first time!? I don't know if this is the same with your router? But since doing this I haven't had problem?

I hope you get it sorted soon. Wifi works great on mine now.

What's the make/model of your router, Mr. Burgasson?

bump again.
Still having the same issue, wifi was one of the features which swung it for me, so not having it working properly is really irritating!
Also, would like to add that I tried connecting this to free public wifi, and got the same error message, so it's the phone, and not my router.
