Every time i try and send an email it says "General System Error" Any ideas?

Is there anyway i can back up all the settings and programs and contacts from my phone to my PC, then re-set the fone, and "restore" the settings?

Thanks

Hi. It's probably just a problem with your settings. But if you wan't to format your phone, you can just do a backup through PC-Suite. You need to enter a code to format, don't remember it, but you'll find it if you search the 7650 forums at www.allaboutsymbian.com

Not much info on your setup... GPRS? Hope you are not trying to use someone elses SMTP server than your operator one. In most cases y ou have to use operator SMTP server for e-mail sending with GPRS.

the hard reset code is *#7370# but remember to have a full battery and the charger must be plugged in!!! so that your phone has enough battery while doing the reset! cuz if it lost energy while resetting, then you can bring it to your NSC and maybe it's destroyed!!
Just becuz i rock, doesn't mean i'm made of stone!!
