is there a way to hack into another phone without the person accepting you

yes. Ill explain once I get a few screenshots

ok here follow this method on the other persons phone:
go to settings and go to connectivity:

go to bluetooth:

go to my devices:

go on the device you want (your phone) and click more:

Click on allow and then always allow:

thats it. (make sure this is preformed on the person your trying to hack's phone )

they've accepted if they've let you do that on their phone, d'OH!!! unless you borrowed it without consent, or stole it.... in which case, what you need the bluetooth connection for?
