Egg Timer- © 2007 Bambalam
A countdown with alarm timer.. for cooking eggs. Personally Ive been using this small java app recently on my W890 to time how long I am taking in the shower in the morning. There are lots of java apps out there with countdown timer function already, however I like the simplicity and of course the lovely turquoise colour when looking at it on my phone

Egg Timer for J2ME is a mobile application that helps you boil perfect eggs! It works as a standard egg timer, but it has also got presets for different styles of boiled eggs.
It's designed to run on most (if not all) J2ME MIDP 2.0 enabled handsets. That includes Symbian smart phones, so if you're on the hunt for the best egg timer in the world, look no further!
The frequently asked question:
Why in the world have you developed an egg timer, isn't the timer feature included on most handsets already?
Yes, it's included on MOST handsets. But not on my brand new Nokia N73. That really pissed me off so I just had to make one. And this timer has got spectacular features such as... presets! Don't miss it

I don't mean to go off topic but, different style of boiled eggs, it's an application for a phone not a Jamie Oliver cookbook lol.

As I understand the SE M1i Aspen (WM 6.5.3) have support for MIDP 2.0 (I guess it's the same as J2ME?).
Would it be possible to have this Java Egg Timer running on the M1i Aspen?
If so... How do one install and run java apps on a WinMo (like Aspen, X1 and X2)? |
