HMV / Zavvi don't sell CD Singles anymore :s |

I recentley went into HMV and Zavvi looking for a CD Single,
to findout that either of these shops don't stock them anymore...
OK so it's been a few years since I bought my last one,
but not to sell them anymore is un-believable,
they used to have a huge selection of old singles but now all you can see is DVDS here there and everywhere in these stores what the heck is going on...
Stupid poxy internet is ruining this for collectors
and also what if everyone can't afford internet or mobile downloads lol
They can't just not release cd singles anymore it's crazy !!!!

Is it possible that they've moved everything around, if it's been a while since you went in there? 
I mean, most Zavvi and HMV's I've been in have a little wall section, a few metres long, with the Top 40 on it, which doesn't take up much space and is pretty discreet.
The simple fact is, they don't stock anywhere near as many because of the Internet, so there's no need anymore.

if you can't find anything at any of them you need specialist mail order companies. the kind of companies you find in record collector, NME etc, and no, don't ask me for their names...
HMV do still do singles and can order them, woolies still do singles too.....

Zavvi don't sell CD singles near me,
HMV sell New Releases but no chart line up lol
I haven't been anywhere near Music shops since 2001 hence why it's a bit crazy not able to visit your HMV for a sentimental old single 
im after Freemasons new track btw,
looks like im gonna have to get with the flow and Pay per download
or just use the linksys Fatreg mentions
