I search google for se flash player & macromedia flash lite come up but could,nt find the dl link!

But the symbian mod is for playing swf files only. FLV (flash videos) are still not supported.

Maybe I'm not up to date. But as far as I know there is no free solution for this... Flv videos and youtube can be played only by Core player 1.2.4 or later, but it's not free app.

Well it does by default in s60(tried in n96), but not yet in UIQ. For UIQ you need the coreplayer.
Anyways, A2 doesnt have support for .flv yet, as far as i know, and real player is not for A2 i think. Even if it was, it wudnt support flv, i think.

So I'm still up to date as I can see. Nothing new about flv videos support in UIQ3.

yeah, when u said symbian, i thought symbian as a whole. Dint know you were referring to Uiq only.

I'm sure i came across an flv converter somewhere that works with symbian wouldn't that work?

Skyfire plays FLV and Flash files, it is still in beta.. should be out soon for most Symbian devices. 4shared has S60 beta's which I'm not sure if they work on UIQ3. Lets hope they keep it free or wait for Firefox Mobile and/or Opera to make this happen.
