I looked at your post but can't see any way of attaching the lanyard to the Bold which sort of defeats it's purpose don't you think?

There is a lanyard attachment at the bottom of the Bold, there is an oval shape hole through the chrome bezel and then there is a hook to loop it around!

There is actually a point for a lanyard on a bold. It is on the bottom of the phone to the left of the battery release if you have the screen pointing up. Poke the lanyard through the hole there is a hook for it to round inside. You need to remove the battery cover to hook it over.

The lanyards are exactly as they came(from BB reps), unfortunately they don't have any thread etc to attach them to the phones...however, I'm sure that's not beyond anyone's initiative, is it??

Hi all,
I apologise for my mistake as i thought the clip on the end of the Lanyard just clipped onto the Bold and hadn't realised it needed the thread as well. Which now that i think about it of course makes more sense.

Hi mate
The lanyard will go in the hole behind the battery cover..
i used a elastic to show that you can put a lanyard on a bold.
