My SE G700 freezes mementarily when I am recording video to the 2G M2 card. I dont know if there is any settings that is not properly done. I dont think the size is the issue because this is a supposed smart phone that could handle up to 8G.

Please help.

If you think that the problem is caused by the m2, just try to record the video to the phone's memory.

It may be a fake M2 card you are using... Or some corruption in the card's filesystem. You can try formatting it and try recording videos again. While you don't have that done, record videos on phone memory as recommended above.

I think it is the memory card because if I select the phone memory as the storage medium, the freezing stops. I'll try moving the data therein , and reformatting the card.

Mine does the same after a camera mod-P1i.It has nothing to do with the mem stick.

reduce the video bitrate in the mod .txt file from 512000 to 450000.... that should do.
