I don't think the touch screen can be repaired if it is water damaged.
Try to blow dry hair using the drier.
Check for the contacts , clean the contacts.

Take it to the service centre. Water damage has only one alternative, to wash the phones components in a distilled water bath.

They might even be ablke to replace touschscreen if needed.

meanwhile switch off, remove battery from phone and let it dry

Service center may give you a little hope of reviving the phone... They wash the phone with distilled water as mentioned above. Also they are putting the phone under ultra sound and hydrogen (in the water) which removes any corosion made to the metal parts of the phone.

Yep its the ultra sonic device.
It has some solution in which the pcb is kept .
The devices shakes , cleaning the PCB.
But most of the times water on the Screen means , its gone.

You mean sonic bath? It may help, why not. . Actually the only 1 part that can cause corruption of the parts themselver in the phone is the built in battery. The small one located on the maiboard, which usage is to remember the clock, date and alarm settings when the phone is turned off or it's out of battery. So if there is water in the phone and you remove the other battery, this one continues working (as it cannot be turned off) and if water goes to it, it is screwing the parts of the phone by making a short circuit...

actually the cell is working perfectly, mean, the screen is still working as it should, but only the touch pad of screen is not functioning, whereas the screen display is still ok, i think if the water that is behind the screen could b removed, the touch pad will also start working, but how to remove that water, should i try to open the cell n lcd?
