Hey everyone! my w890i is acting very strange , I havent got any problems , so far so good , at least thats what i thought , when I try to send someone a textmessage it stores my messages in the outbox map , waiting to be send , instead of sending them automatically , when i go to the map , click send it says cancelled , I dont know what to do so if anyone can help me that would be great!

thanks in advance!

You can try doing a master reset first. If not you should reflash the phone software (firmware) using some of the online flashing clients like totalgsm for e.g.

And make backup using MPE (My Phone Explorer) before doing anything from the mentioned above:

In the settings menu under general options, look for an option called master reset. It will ask for your phone lock code which is probably 0000 if you haven't changed it.

actually, the problems sounds like a sim card/ phone operator problem.

normally, the sms should only buffer in the outbox for a split second, longer for an MMS.

try your phone operator first, change a sim or just test your phone at a diff location.

It may be sim card/operator problem. I agree. It also may be the sms messages service number deleted or something so the phone can't deliver the messages properly.
