i 100 sure that it isn't a scratch. and now i am wondering i saw it my mobile was under a lamp and u have to look from rght angel to see it. now i am wondering could this scrach be on the phone from the begining when i bought it, i havent used my mobile a lot i bought it in august and i has been at home for the most of the time.
i haven't droped it.
scratch/ mark is on the left nere the edge

Seems like an awful lot of work to do to even see it. If it bothers you then go ahead and complain, why not?

but i am wondering how can it be their shouldn't product u buy be in good shape without any marks or scratch.
and one more thing
can i use a mobile when it is raining because the always say that it isn't good and it will damage and thats why i have never used a phone when it is raining when i am outside.

I have noticed that you made at least three queries about this phone in different locations about various physical aspects of the phone (ie. pulling camera cover, blue light, bending shell, etc.) If this phone gives you this much frustration, or if you are so apprehensive about using it, then you may be better off to buy another phone. I mean, when you are questioning build quality, it is hard to help you except to tell you to get a replacement. Besides, if you are that concerned, why not just change to another phone? To me, it seems like you are trying to defuse a landmine whenever you are using this phone. I do not think you will enjoy the phone if you do that.
And to answer your questions:
1. These phones are not 100% handcrafted and scanning every unit is just not economical. When things are being built by machine, there will most likely be statistical discrepancy.
2. I do not see why using the phone during rain conditions can be an issue except if you let the phone come into contact with the water.
Once again, I would like to reiterate my two cents that you should just get another phone to save yourself from excess mental stress. |

never use your phone in the rain.... its just like using it in the shower and itll void the warranty... and to be honest i dont think that scratch is worth complaining about as it makes no difference to the actual use of the phone and its barely noticeable.... |

here in Sweden you have 10 days to change your new phone IF its some issues....
so have the scratch been there from start...replace it right away. (im very careful that my new phones should look/be new..just crap with scratches on new exapnsive phones)

it isn't a scratch because u can feal a scratch with ur finger nails. it more like a scratch on the inside of the plastic.
i have to say that i was much happier with my w890i it was a solid build quality

So the plastic is seriously broken... If you think that it may ruin other parts of the phone, or you simply don't want it on your phone at all, you can complain.
