Hey guys, i've had an issue with my k810i but i've been working around it for awhile now. But finally i've decided I want something done about it. I bought my phone second hand a couple of months ago, following my k850i breaking 5 + times, im just sick of the thing. Anyway, one night I left it on charge and when I woke up, it hadn't charged, it wouldn't charge anymore. I've tried 4 + chargers, bought a new battery nothing will work! But it charges off my computer data cable... So whats the issue? |

clean the plug on the bottom, the usb cable and charger use different pins
heres some info about the pins:
1 USB +5V in
2 SP_REF
3 Mic+/AUXIN_L
4 Mic-/AUXIN_R
5 DFMS/SP_L headphone speaker - left
6 DTMS/SP_R headphone speaker - right
7 VIDEO/STB
8 VPPFLASH
9 GND
10 CTMS / USB DATA+
11 CFMS / USB DATA-
12 Charge In
So that means clean the pin on the far right.

ok then my guess is that the phone has a faulty connector, maybe take it to a repair center?

I have connection issues with the wall charger sometimes, and it is always solved by blowing really, really hard into the the fastport. Sounds daft, but it works for me.

I use a toothpick to flick the dust out

Yes, the dust may do connectivity loss between the charger and the phone fastport. Tooth pick or very very careful usage of metal piece (cutter knife maybe) can help you remove the oxide from the fastport (which it get over time) and increase it's connection. But you may easily damage the phone like that, so it you haven't experience with those things, use the toothpick.
